We are expanding rapidly in Thailand and beyond, and we are looking for a talented Content Writer to join our team and create compelling, well-researched content focused on the regional condominium market.

Role Overview

The Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality content that showcases condominiums across Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Thailand. You will craft content that highlights new developments, market trends, property insights, and B2B-focused solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate sector, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write articles, blogs, and property descriptions focused on condominiums and the real estate market in Thailand and the wider SEA region.
• Develop informative, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for our online platform, including market trends, developer profiles, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with our marketing and research teams to produce content that aligns with our SaaS platform’s B2B objectives and enhances the customer experience.
• Write content tailored to real estate professionals, including agents, developers, and investors.
• Stay updated on the latest real estate market developments, especially condominium trends and regulations in Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on Thailand.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and case studies to support lead generation and client engagement efforts.
• Adapt writing style based on target audience, ensuring content is relevant and valuable to B2B clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably within the real estate or PropTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian real estate market, particularly condominiums in Thailand.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, quality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to create compelling, data-driven content tailored to a B2B audience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
